Allegations that amendments to the Finance Bill are designed to benefit one particular company are being dismissed by the Finance Minister.
Speaking at a media conference this morning, Mr Colm Imbert claimed that none of the accusations made by UNC Senator Wade Mark in Parliament are true.
He says, referring to Clause Four of the bill, the company named by Mr Mark does not qualify for the tax concessions being introduced.
Mr Imbert also denies a claim made by Mr Mark about amendments to the Stamp Duty Act.
