Homeless man gets 2 years in jail for breaking into Tobago businesses


    A 25 year old homeless man will spend two years in jail with hard labour, after pleading guilty to breaking into three businesses in Scarborough, Tobago this year.

    Roger Charles broke into the TATECO Credit Union Cooperative Society Ltd office on July 23rd, where he stole a blender, six yogurts and two packs of whole wheat Crix.

    The second office, belonging to CCN TV6, also located in the TATECO Building was broken into and ransacked on the same date.

    He then broke into and ransacked a supermarket, located along Castries Street.
