A new NALIS Board has been installed, and has already been reminded of its role in shaping the next generation.
Former MP and Minister Neil Parsanlal will serve as Chairman of the new Board, which received letters of appointment today.
Speaking during this time was Communications Minister Stuart Young, who said NALIS had an important role to play in getting young people to learn and read, and providing an alternative to criminal gangs.

The new Board will serve for three years.
