A Chaguanas man is facing five charges following a shooting in Longdenville last month.
The suspect has been charged with wounding with intent, possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition, possession of a firearm to endanger life and possession of ammunition to endanger life.
These stem from an incident on November 8th when, around 3:58am, the victim was sitting on the side of the road near his home.
He was approached by a man known to him who allegedly shot him twice in his right leg before fleeing the scene.
The victim was hospitalized and warded in stable condition while the suspect was arrested on November 26th.
