The Esimaje Foundation has donated 100 devices to the Ministry of Education’s Adopt-A-School Initiative.
These will be donated to two secondary schools and one primary school in the East Port of Spain area.
According to the Education Ministry, Nelson Street Boys’ R.C. will receive 60 devices, South East Port of Spain Secondary School will receive 30 devices and Russell Latapy Secondary School will receive 10.
Drs Oti Esimaje and David Toby were on hand today to present the devices to the Ministry on behalf of the non-profit organization.
Through its East Port of Spain Thrive initiative, the group seeks to create a community of opportunity centered around strong schools, strong families and strong neighborhoods, with particular focus on empowering young men to become tomorrow’s leaders.
