“Squid Game” is Netflix’s biggest series launch

“Squid Game” is now Netflix’s biggest ever series launch.

The Korean series is about 456 people who are lured into playing deadly versions of children’s games.

According to the streaming giant, “Squid Game” reached 111 million accounts less than a month after its release.

Netflix counts two minutes of any program as a “view.”

TV Line says this would push it above the period romance “Bridgerton” which was sampled by 82 million accounts in its first four weeks.
