David Harbour to shoot “Stranger Things” & “Thunderbolts” simultaneously

David Harbour will shoot the final season of “Stranger Things” and Marvel’s upcoming film “Thunderbolts” at the same time.

Harbour gained international recognition for his portrayal of Jim Hopper in “Stranger Things”, which premiered on Netflix in 2016.

In 2021, he made his debut into the MCU, playing the Red Guardian in “Black Widow”.

Plans were later revealed for him to return for the “Thunderbolts” film which is slated for release in July 2024.

In a recent interview with Collider, Harbour says the two productions will have to “share” him in 2023, and that there will be a schedule to allow him to be fully involved with both projects.

The two projects will shoot in Atlanta.
