Jeremy Renner is set to open up about his near-fatal snowplow accident.
On January 1st 2023, Renner was hospitalized after being hit and run over by his snowplow.
He suffered blunt chest trauma and other injuries – including over 30 broken bones – and was initially listed as being in “critical but stable condition”.
He was eventually released from the hospital on January 17thand continues to recover.
ABC has released a trailer for the actor’s first interview since the accident.
He speaks with Diane Sawyer about the experience and there are also interviews with some of his family members.
It is titled “Jeremy Renner: The Diane Sawyer Interview – A Story of Terror, Survival and Triumph” and will premiere on April 6th on ABC.
Renner is known for his role Clint Barton/Hawkeye in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and has also starred in “The Bourne Legacy”, “American Hustle”, “Arrival” and most recently, the crime thriller series “Mayor of Kingstown”.
