Emergency repairs have started on mechanical problems at the Granville Water Treatment Plant which are affecting the water supply in parts of South West Trinidad.
According to WASA, there are issues at two wells at the facility.
Repairs are expected to be completed on one well by 8pm today while repairs on the second well are estimated to be completed by Thursday 7th January 2021.
Areas being affected include Granville, Coromandel, Bamboo Village, Cedros, Fullerton and Icacos.
WASA says a limited truck borne service will be available on request and persons can call them at 800-4420/4426.
