Former cricketer Daren Ganga is being praised for a simple act of kindness on board a recent flight to JFK, New York.
The incident was noted and shared by PNM PRO Laurel Lezama-Lee Sing, who said the last passenger to board the flight was a mother with a young, crying baby.
According to Ms Lezama-Lee Sing, Ganga quietly approached the woman and offered her the comfort and privacy of his row 1 Business Class seat, in exchange for her economy cabin seat.
The baby meanwhile was also calmed immediately.
Ms Lezama-Lee Sing ended her account with “Kudos to you, Darren Ganga”.
