A number of items have been stolen from the Office of the Councillor for Erin and the sub-office of La Brea MP Stephen Mc Clashie.
103.1FM News today spoke with Councillor Arlene Ramdeo who confirmed that the incident occurred at the building on the SS Erin Road, Rancho Quemado.
She says just before 6am on Monday, a CEPEP contractor noticed that the door to the MP’s sub-office was open and contacted an official.
Later on, police responded and found that a wall of the build was bashed in and items were missing from both offices.
Ms Ramdeo says from her office, thieves made off with a firecracker, gas tank, a fan and a number of tokens she had earmarked for a luncheon for the elderly.
