Companies urged to file documents as Amnesty from Penalties nears end


    Companies are being urged to file their relevant documents with the Registrar General’s Office before the Amnesty on Penalties ends on August 30th, 2019.

    The amnesty as announced by the Ministry of the Attorney General and Legal Affairs, came into effect on May 1st, 2019.

    The Ministry says forms are available at: and it reminds that the filing fee per document remains at $40.

    However, it says a $300 penalty for “every month or part thereof that the company has failed to deliver or file the documents, will be enforced”.
