32 immigrants have been held during a raid at a bar in Curepe early this morning.
According to the TTPS, the 18 Venezuelans and 14 Chinese were found to be in contravention of the Public Health Ordinance Regulations.
Police are now working with the Immigration Division to ascertain their status.
Police also found a quantity of cocaine hidden in a bathroom stall at the bar located along the Southern Main Road.
Meanwhile in an unrelated matter, the same party of officers, proceeded to an open lot at Waterfall Road, Maracas, St. Joseph, where they found a homemade shotgun.
