A 64-year-old man was charged with willfully and obscenely exposing himself in public, after he was caught urinating on a plant in Woodford Square.

Around 1:10pm yesterday, City Police Officers were on routine foot patrol when they came across the man and ordered him to stop and make use of the public washrooms about 50 feet away.

The accused however allegedly told the officers that he was unable to stop.

He was taken to the Port-of-Spain City Police Headquarters where the charge was laid.

$500 station bail was granted, with the accused to appear virtually before a Port-of-Spain Magistrate on April 26th.
