25 new cases of COVID-19

    25 new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed.

    According to the Health Ministry, seven of these are from Tobago and two are recently repatriated persons.

    Five persons have also been discharged from public health facilities and there are 29 recovered community cases.

    This means there are now 641 active cases of the virus in T&T.

    36 patients are hospitalized, 26 persons are in step-down facilities, 377 are in home self-isolation and 177 persons are in the care of the prison system.

    The death toll remains at 122, with no fatalities reported today.

    Since the start of the pandemic, T&T has confirmed 6,833 cases of COVID-19.
