One person was arrested over the weekend for selling alcohol without a license and keeping a gaming house.
24 others were also arrested for assembling to gamble on Friday at Piarco Old Road, D’Abadie.
The arrests took place between 2am and 5am during a road check exercise in the Maloney District.
The group of individuals, ranging from ages 19 to 57, included residents from D’Abadie, Caroni, Arima, Mt. Hope, Arouca, Tunapuna, Maraval, Aranguez, and Port of Spain.
