19 new cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in T&T, including a repatriated person, and there are no new deaths.
According to the Health Ministry’s daily update, these new patients will be processed for admission at the discretion of county medical officers.
They take number of active cases to 627.
Meanwhile, six persons have been discharged from public health facilities and 27 community cases have recovered.
46 patients remain in hospital, 26 are in step-down facilities, 177 are in the care of prison service and 359 are in home self-isolation.
338 persons are in state quarantine.
Since the start of the pandemic, T&T has recorded 6,852 cases, 6,103 recoveries and 122 deaths.
