In the mid-2000s Xavier Marshall was a rising talent for West Indies cricket, making his ODI debut at just 18 years old and played his first Test at age 19.

Fast-forward 14 years and the right-handed batsman is set to take part in a historic, first-ever T20 International for the United States of America.

He was recalled to the squad last month and Cricket USA says he brings a wealth of experience as he made 8 appearances for them in the 2017/18 Super 50 tournament in the Caribbean.

The two match Twenty20i series in Dubai on Friday March 15th and Saturday March 16th will be broadcast live on YouTube.
