Eden Hazard scored the winning penalty to help Chelsea set up an all-English Europa League final against Arsenal.

Hazard converted after Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga had saved from both Martin Hinteregger and Goncalo Paciencia – Chelsea won 4-3 on penalties.

Chelsea took the lead in the first half after Ruben Loftus-Cheek scored in the 28th minute.

But Frankfurt equalized 4 minutes after half-time when Luka Jovic got the ball past goalkeeper Arrizabalaga.

This could have also been Hazard’s last game for the Blues at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea will now meet Arsenal in the final on May 29th, and the result means both the Champions League and Europa League final will be played between English clubs this season.

Hazard who scored the winning penalty, has been strongly linked with a move away from Chelsea this summer
