Residents of Caparo Road in Longdenville claim waste oil is being dumped from a nearby company and is flowing into their water courses, creating a health hazard.
The residents say the oil flows though the drainage system and into a nearby pond that connects to the Caparo River.
One resident says this has been happening for the past six weeks, and though they have alerted the EMA, Regional Corporation and other authorities, there has been no response.
