Education Ministry warns against child sexual abuse and child porn

    The Education Ministry says teachers will face serious consequences if they are found with pornographic material featuring minors.

    Today at the launch of the National School Code of Conduct, Darlene Smith Oliver from the Student Support Services said anyone from the Education Division will held liable if they are caught with such material.

    She also urged officials to peruse the Code of Conduct so that they can be informed of several revisions.

    Meanwhile Ms Oliver says the consequences for child sexual abuse are even more severe.
