Caribbean Airlines is providing approximately 9,000 additional seats for its domestic route for the remainder of this month, following a wet lease agreement with Danish Air Transport.
In all, 55,316 seats were made available from April 15th to 30th.
CAL says additional airlines have been sourced to cover peak travel periods, which include Easter Weekend, the Tobago Jazz Festival weekend, and the July/August vacation.
This agreement ends on September 8th.
From January to March 2019, the airline transported just under 224,000 passengers between Trinidad and Tobago, and CAL states that 90 percent of flights were on-time.
