Three Santa Cruz men have appeared in court charged with demanding money by menace from a business owner.
33 year old Yasser Barthelmy, 28 year old Kerlon Jeatto, and 27 year old Dariel Apparicio are accused of threatening to shoot at a business place in St. Helena unless they were paid $55,000 by the owner.
This incident reportedly occurred on May 10th, with the suspects arrested in St. Helena Junction, minutes after a report was made.
They pleaded not guilty when they appeared before a Magistrate on Monday, and were each granted $65,000 bail.
The matter was adjourned to June 10th.
