Persons urged to engage in random acts of kindness on International Day of Happiness
Citizens are being urged to engage in random acts of kindness today.
That’s because it is International Day of Happiness which recognizes the importance of happiness in the lives of people around the world.
It has been celebrated by the United Nations since 2013.
According to President of the Anti Bullying Association of T&T Jeromy Rodriguez, these simple acts can help create a positive mind shift.
As such, he is urging persons to exchange a smile, a kind word or a tangible expression.
Mr Rodriguez believes today’s observance is an opportunity for individuals to change how they see the world and create transformative and happier lives.
